Troubleshooting ION Water Meter

1. Confirm that the meter is installed correctly.
2. Confirm serial number.
3. Press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds to confirm connectivity.
4. Run water through the meter and press the button again to confirm flow occurred.
5. If not installed correctly, send pictures.
   1. Some examples:
      
      1. Radio missing – Will require new radio.
      2. Radio cable not connected – Connect the cable and retry checklist.
      3. Arrow on flow sensor flowing opposite direction of water flow – Will require plumber.
